Jaya started making jewelry when she was 16 after taking a highschool art class. Inspired by the stylish and graceful women in her life, she wanted to create a jewelry line to honor them using chainmaille designs to represent the power of intergenerational relationships among women. Based in Atlanta, GA, J. Kiere is a proud graduate of Spelman College and Wake Forest University School of Business.
